Description

The measurements, descriptions and photos of each piece are as accurate as possible. However, due to the handmade and artistic nature of the work, slight variations in colour, texture, dimensions, and form should be expected. Each piece is a one-of-a-kind creation, shaped by natural processes and artistic intention. A certificate of authenticity is included with each original work.

Delivery

If the item purchased is in stock – such as digital prints, stickers, vases, or original paintings – it will be shipped within 2–3 working days. However, most of the work is made to order, and production times may vary:

• Vases: approx. 1 month

• Paintings: approx. 2–3 months

Please note that express production is not available, as the process requires time and care.

Shipping

Items are shipped via the Swiss postal service. Stickers and small items may be sent as letters, while larger works will be shipped as packages. Standard shipping is available within Switzerland and across Europe. All parcels include tracking. Shipping costs are calculated and added at checkout.

Please note: Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon receipt of the parcel.

Packaging

Each item is carefully wrapped using sustainable, minimal, and aesthetic packaging. A certificate of authenticity is included with every order, making it perfect for gifting or collecting.

Return/Refund Policy

Returns are accepted only for items that are currently in stock. To initiate a return, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. Returned goods must be in their original, undamaged condition and packaging. Once received and approved, a full refund will be issued.

• Made-to-order items are non-refundable.

• If an incorrect item was delivered, return shipping will be covered.

• If returning for personal reasons, return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

• In the event that a product arrives damaged, a replacement will be arranged.
